i am found problem with hmmbuild keep given the same answer Segmentation fault (core dumped) . I try to build with different file still same.
You're not giving enough information. What is is the command you're running ? With what input ?
hmmbuild ----------hmm -------align file.msf
i use hmmer to build model .so when i input file that align by clustalw i could not build gives Segmentation fault
could you run it with -verbose. Just in case something is revealed.
what i mean if the file accept to align by clustalw which reason can be the model can"t be build in hmmer. note that date accepted in anther version of hmmer.
You need to add more information to this question, we cannot guess what you are trying do to, with which input.
