How can we validate a composite biological network, comprising mRNA, transcription factors, miRNA, and signaling molecules, which has been inferred from various individual databases hosting experimental data? The network has been created by identifying small regulatory components (eg., miRNA-mRNA, TF-mRNA, and TF-miRNA) and merging them altogether by in house scripts.

What do you mean by validating a network ? Experimentally testing the existence of (some of) the edges ?

Not experimentally, but validating the network (sub-networks) using computational approaches.Any ideas?
