How to use the 1000Genomes data (hapmap data) to select tag-SNPs in HaploView?

As NCBI have recently released plans to retire their HapMap interface. I have no idea how to download a correct file format just like before (a region data of chromosome, named 'adumped_region') to be used in the haploview.
