How make download in PDB file (Text)

Save-me! I need make download for model building in PDB files (Text), but the PDB chance interface and format of downloads. The download files in site are: PDB format, PDB format (gz), PDBxmm CIF format and (gz), PDBXML/format (gz).can anyone teach me how to download in precise format . Thank you?

Do you have some access to linux?

There should not be any problems if you do and have a number of the structure you would like to download:

Download coordinate files in PDB Format:

rsync -rlpt -v -z --delete --port=33444 \

rsync.rcsb.org::ftp_data/structures/divided/pdb/ ./pdb

PDB format file you mentioned in your original post should be in plain text.
