MIR name nomenclature

I don't understand the naming of MIR. what the difference between MIR1302-11 and MIR1302-10 ?

in refGene, it looks exactly same :

I don't understand the meaning. Distinct genes locus with same transcript ?
So why refgene coordinate are same?
