I don't understand the naming of MIR. what the difference between MIR1302-11 and MIR1302-10 ?

in refGene, it looks exactly same :

1367 chr15 102500661 102500799 102500799 102500799 1 MIR1302-11

http://www.mirbase.org/help/nomenclature.shtml

Distinct precursor sequences and genomic loci that express identical mature sequences get names of the form hsa-mir-121-1 and hsa-mir-121-2

I don't understand the meaning. Distinct genes locus with same transcript ?
So why refgene coordinate are same?

One (or both) of the entries above seem to be incorrect.
