Unfortunetaly my data isn't ExpressionSet or any object like this, so I don't know how to put it in. My data presentation(simple table in Excel with procentage methylation values): enter image description here

I don't think so that my problem is already solved. Solutions are present for specific datasets from microarrays (ExpressionSet objects). I put my type of data here because there's no solution for type of dataset like this, so that's why I put question here...
