Hi,

I am using bingo app in cytoscape for a non model organism to calculate overrepresented GO terms in the network, I am using customize option where I made my own annotation and ontology files for the organism as it was instructed in the bingo tutorial.But when I click on start button nothing happens,no output is there.

annotation file(annotation.anno) that I created is as follows:

(species=Brugia malayi)(type=Biological Process)(curator=GO)
Bm1_00120    = 0015986
Bm1_00120    = 0000275
Bm1_00120    = 0046961
Bm1_00120    = 0046933
Bm1_00125    = 0003676
Bm1_00125    = 0008270
Bm1_00130    = 0005524
Bm1_00130    = 0004672
Bm1_00130    = 0006468

ontology file(ontology.obo) that I created is as follows:

(curator=GO)(type=process)
0015986 = ATPsynthesiscoupledprotontransport
0000275 = mitochondrialproton-transportingATPsynthasecomplex,catalyticcoreF(1)
0046961 = proton-transportingATPaseactivity,rotationalmechanism
0046933 = proton-transportingATPsynthaseactivity,rotationalmechanism
0003676 = nucleicacidbinding
0008270 = zincionbinding
0005524 = ATPbinding

Can anyone help me with the files and tell me where I am going wrong?

Does not appear so since Biostars does not have a way to private message anyone on the forum.

Information about the file formats seems to be here.
