Hi everybody. Are interested in this question: what software can be used to study protein thermodynamics? Which is better and which is worse. Are there any program with the ability to make changes directly in the structure itself, or for that use third-party software?

are interested in the program name, as at this time the level of knowledge of programming languages does not allow to work with code

Thanks for your comment. But Core/Best is not working now. How do you think: Can I use Desmond or Discovery studio software for my goals?
