R script to compare GEE, HLM, CLR

Hi Colleagues,

I want to compare the effect of GEE, HLM and CLR in the identifying of relationship between DNA methylation and gene expression? anyone have some builted scrpts? I don't want to build the wheel since I think there should be some existed ones.

HLM: Hierarchical linear models

CLR: Conditional logistic regression (CLR)
