I know that Galaxy Admin can be used to install individual tools into my Galaxy CloudMan instance.

Is there an easy way to install all the tools that are currently on Galaxy Main usegalaxy.org)? Is there a way to export a list of the currently installed tools from Galaxy Main so that the tools section of my Galaxy CloudMan instance mirrors the tools section of Galaxy Main?

There are some tools on Galaxy Main that aren't installed by default on a Galaxy CloudMan instance (i.e. FreeBayes, in a NGS: Variant Analysis category).
