Hi everyone,
I have more than 400 differentially expressed genes from RNA-seq dataset. I want to organized them in a hierarchical way based on their regulators and I already organized them into different categories in Excel based on their regulators. I want to show these results in a map that people can visually understand. I would really appreciate if you can recommend some softwares or websites I can use.

Cytoscape is probably your best option, it can read excel files as well.
