Hi,

I am currently analysing a retinoblastoma genome using cn.MOPS. So far, I have done the following in R

> BAMFiles <- list.files(pattern=".bam$") bamDataRanges <-
> getReadCountsFromBAM(BAMFiles,mode="paired")

After the last line, I got the following error:

Error in targets[[1]] : subscript out of bounds

I currently have 2 .bam files,1 for the tumor genome and one for the normal genome, both from the same patient. They are both in my hard drive. How do I get past the error? Thanks!

P.S. I have very little coding experience

Edit: I am using Windows
