Looking for big data of SNPs in Alzheimer's disease

Hi,

I'm currently in an internship in a research group for Alzheimer's disease. I have to look for some big data to download with SNPs associated to Alzheimer. Do you have any idea, where I can find such data? I think dbSNP could be a good database and you can download some files via ftp, but I'm not sure, if there are files with SNPs associated with Alzheimer. I downloaded the file from snp4disease, but there are only ~2900 entries. For our research, I had to look for studies with many patients, but I'm not sure where to look for it. If you know, where I can find such big data (and to download it), please let me know. I need the information to calculate a linkage disequilibrium.

Have a look at Open Targets Platform. This post gives more details on AD. The main entities there are genes (or targets) and diseases (i.e. AD) and their association are available for download as well as the evidence (e.g. genetic variants from GWAS, etc) used to suggest the association.
