Histone modifications data on embryonic stem cells to differentiated stages

Dear all,

I am looking for histone modifications (H3K4me1/me3, H3K27ac/me3) data during differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESC) to some differentiated cells in human. Such as differentiation of myoblast to myotube, or time series data of Blood and T cells or hESC to some other differentiated cells.

I highly appreciate if you could point to such datasets/publications if exist. Thank you !!

Hi Chirag,

Just visit the GEO homepage and search for your keywords. You will find quite a few datasets of your use. There are more databases of NGS data such as ArrayExpress and you will find that some datasets are present exclusively on one database. So, it might be a good idea to search a dataset in other databases in case you dont find it in one. Also, sometimes the researchers who submit data do not use keywords that you are looking for. In such case searching for keywords in PubMed or Google Scholar and then following the link from the original manuscript might help.
