Hey guys,

I've previously used KOBAS for pathway enrichment; however, it seems to be down. I'm working on plant transcriptomics and I'm looking some additional tools to reveal pathway enrichment / interactions between possible gene groups. Perhaps some people on here know of some nice software and tools for this purpose? I'm ideally looking to detect interaction between my genes, if they are expressed similarity etc, or if they are connected together via over-represented pathways in different sub-sets of my data.

I already have GO enrichment; it's good, but I want something a bit better to find possible interactions. I have heard of STRINGS for proteins but are there tools for genes?

Any knowledge would be great.
