Hello,

I'm working on human datasets with many variables and many samples. In some cases, it is difficult to obtain all the measurements from all the individuals. Hence I have some NA values in my target file for some variables.

Is there a way to account for this NA values in DESeq2 ? I have try to build the dds object but an error occurred.

Thanks in advance,

What kind of data is this - or is this missing phenotype data associated with a particular sample?

If you're talking about missing data in the counts, then that should never occur.

The missing data correspond to supplementary data on the samples that i want to account for in the model (such as BMI, Age,Gender,...). The NA are just in the target file and not in the counts.
