We run GUIDE-seq step by step because our DSBs are random.
At the demultiplexing step, there are way two many demultiplexed files generated -- 16904 files which correspond to 16904/4 = 4226 samples, while we only have 8 samples including the control.
My question is: why are there so many demultiplexed files?
