t-statistics for ngs data

Can somebody suggest were to get biological sample data to perfrom t-statistics using R (paired(parametric and non-parametric) ANOVA,

If its just data you want to run some stats on you can download some expression data from TCGA (https://gdc-portal.nci.nih.gov/). I wouldn't recommend doing differential expression analysis using t-test, but if its just for practising R the website has plenty of expression data you can download and use.
