Hi, I was working on a wet lab project on miRNA as a biomarker for the diagnosis s.haematobium, due to cost and time constraint I couldn't go through with it. I have a list of RT primers, normal primers of miRNA upregulated in other species. my initial plan was to do a Reverse transcription and then a real time PCR. Pls is there another way I can make this predictions in-silico? kindly recommend website and journals you deemed helpful. thanks
