error using the F-seq tool

when i ran the f-seq tool i got he following error.

Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: Bad '.bed' format for file /home/ngs/Downloads/F-seq-master/dist~/fseq/bin/chr1.bed

Can you show us the first few lines of the BED file you're using?
