Hi, I am trying to use LAMP-LD to estimate local ancestry.

I am confused about the format of input haplotype file. According to the test-example, the haplotype file is one line per sample and each column corresponds to one haplotype.

However, the 1000genome haplotype file format is different. It's one line per haplotype and every two columns correspond to one sample.

Anyone knows how to convert the 1000 genome file format to the haplotype format required by LAMP-LD?

Many thanks!

Please put up a couple of truncated lines of your output 1000 genomes. That will facilitate the understanding with your difficulty.
