Dear all,

I'm quite new into bioinformatics and I want to make a homology model of a protein, but the templates and my protein have only around 10 to 20% sequence identity, so sequence alignment is not that easy. Nevertheless, the structural fold is very similar. What is the best way to make a homology model? Can you recommand a certain software for this task?

Thanks for all answers!
