Hello, my name is Pedro and I'm a computer science student. Nowadays I'm working with the Protein Structure Prediction problem. However, I'm facing a problem: How do I create a Cartesian File. Let me show you an example:

I have the protein Met-Enkephalin which have 5 amino acids (TYR, GLY, GLY, PHE and MET). In my algorithm I'm representing this protein with its backbone and side-chain angles, e.g:

Amino Acid | PHI | PSI | OMEGA | CHI_1 | CHI_2 | CHI_3 | CHI_4 | CHI_5

TYR | -86.6983 | 66.6152 | 180 | -62.5766 | -63.3828

GLY | -138.922 | 71.4502 | 180 |

GLY | 94.8587 | -62.825 | 180 |

PHE | -104.174 | -81.5849 | 180 | -68.6677 | -73.7325

MET |-101.091 | -8.37643 | 180 | -65.4997 | 180 | 80.4841

How do I convert this information to a Cartesian format file ?

Thank you!
