cbioPortal MutationMapper protein domain annotation not up-to-date

Hi,

I want to plot some lollipop plot using cBioPortal http://www.cbioportal.org/mutation_mapper.jsp. But when I map some mutation in PLCG1 (for example) some protein domains are missing (PCH1 for example).

Is there an other tool to plot such plot (with protein domains already included).

To my understanding, cbioPortal plots the longest transcript of the gene, so theoretically it could be that the longest transcript does not contain all protein domains other isoforms might have. I would recommend in this case to use GenVisR
