Hello everyone,

I am trying to find conserved non-coding sequences between the M. musculus genome and others. I guess this is a very basic issue, but I am not sure about how to proceed, as this is not my field. Is there any recommended way or tool for searching conserved non-coding sequences between different annotated genomes? What do you think?

Sorry for bothering you, and thank you very much for your help. I am a bit clueless, being honest. I cannot find a consensus between the different papers I have read.
