Anyone know which Alignment Software made this?

Hello there. This is my first post. On the internet. Ever.

Anyhow, I want to create a basic, simple, nice-looking protein sequence alignment to export for publication. I already have the alignment, so I do not care about the method used for that. Perhaps something like this: See Page 3 for Alignment
