Those don't look like Agilent ID's. They may be long forgotten gene name placeholders?

What is it that you are trying to do with these IDs'?

thank you,

actually I am not sure but in my googling I found them as Agilent ID. the problem is here Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis ( WGCNA ) is only working for me with these IDs that is why I need to convert A_55_P2051983 to MMT00000007

Those MMT* names seems to appear in only a few "supplementary materials" excel files for papers from 2005-6 time frame (referred to as Agilent ID's in some and transcript ID in others).

See if you can access this site. You can download the annotation for that mouse array but I am not sure the MMT* ID's are going to be there.

Why can't you use the gene names (rather than MMT)?

thank you,

I was working with WGCNA package when functional annotation and gene ontology I get this error

GOenrichmentAnalysis: loading annotation data...

Error in GOenrichmentAnalysis(moduleColors, allLLIDs, organism = "mouse", :

None of the supplied gene identifiers map to the GO database.

Please make sure you have specified the correct organism (default is human).

I tried with both ensembl and entrez but only when I use MMT IDs no error anymore.
