Redundans Assembly Pipeline

Hello!

Could anyone point me in the direction of a source that explains how to use the Redundans pipeline? I have a lot of information about what it does and I downloaded it into my home directory, but oddly enough have not had any luck finding a source explaining the steps of inputting my assembled contigs.

You need to check their github page which explains how to run it.

./redundans.py -v -i test/*.fq.gz -f test/contigs.fa -o test/run1
