I'm testing Abyss 2.0.1 using the abyss-pe pipeline. Is there a way that abyss could tract how much time each of the specific command takes in the pipeline? Also add information as to which command is multithreaded, single or ran on multiple cores. It would help predict when a task should be done and where the bottleneck is?
