Does anyone know of a way to look for TERRA(Telomeric repeat-containing RNA TERRA) mapping reads in RNAseq data??? I know TERRA is polyadenylated so I should have it somewhere in my sequencing run it just doesnt seem to have a transcript ID.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have a solution to quantify TERRA by RNA-Seq? Can not find a solution on Google, and the link below (PNAS) does not provide details. Best

Thanks for the link, I looked at this paper earlier and it was slightly lacking in the details I was looking for but definitely a good paper.
