4C sequence data analysis workflow

I was wondering is there any recommendation for best in terms of performance of specificity and sensitivity pipleine for analysis 4C sequencing data. I googled it gave me several pipleines- https://omictools.com/pipelines-category however nothng complete from alignemnets to ineraction out put.

Any insight or experience in running such 4C workflow will be helpful.
