I am a bioinformatics student doing my final year project. I want to develop a virtual lab to do virtual experiments. To give and a clear idea here's an example of what I'm thinking:
Microarray analysis: Here all you'll need to provide or enter are the DNA sequences or name(if available in the database) and the virtual lab will do its magic and generate 3 images and after that it will interpret the data and generate a report in word file so you can late edit it.
Advantage: You would not have to go through the laborious process..
I'm thinking of other methods like these so here is where you guys come in !!
If you guys can think of any such processes that are laborious but follow a pattern just name it and I'll start implementing it ... Please it would really help me if someone could guide me!!
