Is it possible to parse several .daa files at a time with "daa2rma" to create a single rma6 file?

Hello everyone!

I am trying to create a single rma6 file compatible with MEGAN out of several DAA files (obtained after blastx). The main problem is that I have to run the analyses in a server so I cannot import directly multiple DAA files into MEGAN. Instead, I must use the "daa2rma" or "daa-meganizer" shells included in the Unix version of MEGAN. I tried to parse multiple DAA with any of these two scritps but it just gave multiple rma6 files instead of a single, large one.

Another possibility might be to merge the resulting rma6 files together but not sure about how to do this, (if possible).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers, Alejandro
