How to Construct TF-based regulation network using Cytoscape software

Dear Friends, Hi

I have the name of some differentially expressed Transcription Factors between male and female zebrafish,

and I have seen in some paper (e.g one and 2 ) that some authors have used Cytoscape for constructing of TFs-based regulation network.

Would you please guide me about drawing the TFs-based regulation network in Cytoscape and its related plugins ?
