How to find bacteria pathway.how to compare bacteria pathway to human.i want to find unique pathway of bacteria by comparing human

Please explain your question better, it is very vague what you are trying to do. I am assuming you are looking for bacterial pathways that humans do not have? This doesn't make the pathway 'unique'. Afaik KEGG doesn't have a comparison tool, but you can use Reactome to compare pathways to human.
