By analyzing the DNA sequence of my gene I found that it makes sense 3'-5 '.

That doesn't make 'sense'. It might be on the reverse strand though. But you could get a more accurate answer by providing more information in your question, such as which species, which gene, how you decide that your gene might be 3' -> 5' oriented,... Don't make us guess!
