I have M6A-seq data (both input and IP files) and want to make .narrowPeak file. I have macs14 installed. but I could not get
the file .`narrowPeak. here is the command I used:
macs14 callpeak -t ChIP.bam -c Control.bam --broad -g hs --broad-cutoff 0.1
do you know what part is wrong?
