Cubemaker might be a quick way to deal with this. It was originally developed for PCA components, but can plot any 3D numerical dataset.

I have seen your tool Cubemaker , it really interesting. But, I have few questions specific to cubemaker, where shall I post those ..looking for a forum or a mail id for direct questions.
