How can I get Tabular output using HMMer

Dear all, I want to use HMMer to search some sequences and I want a tabular output. The user guide told me to add "--tblout" within the command, and I did it, then, I got this result:

Incorrect number of command line arguments. Usage: phmmer [-options] <seqfile> <seqdb>

where basic options are: -h : show brief help on version and usage

To see more help on available options, do phmmer -h

I did many attempts, but got the same result. Hope anyone can help me. Thank you!

The message indicates that you're missing something on your command line. Did you specify an output file after --tblout i.e. --tblout /path/to/output/file ?
