i am trying to do multi sequence alingment using BRIG i added my refrence seq and i have my 5 query sequemces saved in simple plain text file i am not able to add more than one sequence in my data pool, there is no message but in data pool only one sequence appears instead of 5.

A conflict with later versions of java mean that BRIG currently breaks with multi fasta files. You'll have to use separate files.
