Hi there, I am trying to assemble the reads using Abyss on local Galaxy. I used .fastq file and followed the default option for paired-end. Just a moment after submitted, I got the errors:
Fatal error: Exit code 127 () /home/computer/NGS/galaxy/database/jobs_directory/000/4/tool_script.sh: line 9: ABYSS: command not found /home/computer/NGS/galaxy/database/jobs_directory/000/4/tool_script.sh: line 9: abyss-pe: command not found
Were there something wrong with the installation or setting? Please help. Thank you very much .
Looks like ABYSS is not correctly installed on your local machine under galaxy. Are you the admin or someone else? Did you install it from the toolshade?
