Hi there, I am trying to assemble the reads using Abyss on local Galaxy. I used .fastq file and followed the default option for paired-end. Just a moment after submitted, I got the errors:

Fatal error: Exit code 127 () /home/computer/NGS/galaxy/database/jobs_directory/000/4/ line 9: ABYSS: command not found /home/computer/NGS/galaxy/database/jobs_directory/000/4/ line 9: abyss-pe: command not found

Were there something wrong with the installation or setting? Please help. Thank you very much .

Looks like ABYSS is not correctly installed on your local machine under galaxy. Are you the admin or someone else? Did you install it from the toolshade?

You may want to post this over at galaxy biostars site.
