Downloading data submitted by mothur

Could any one kindly let me know as to how I can download SRA data that is submitted by mothur. By using the wget command, I got an error 403. Guidance regarding any other method to request data from the same is also highly appreciated.This is for an academic purpose.

Have you tried downloading the data using SRA toolkit?
