I've read that the Y-DNA Haplogroup Q is characterized by the presence of the M242 marker on the Y Chromosome, but I cannot find a source that specifies exactly what variants that marker entails.

So, I wonder if anyone can answer, On the software IGV, looking at a whole sequence of a Y Chromosome, how do I verify the presence or absence of the M242 marker? What alleles comprise that marker, and what is their location on the chromosome? I am using Human hg19.
