Replication of an Experiment: How to analyse it correctly

Dear all,

I am writing here because I could not find a good literature about the procedure of study's replication.

A lot of guidelines say "only replication of the study may confirm or disprove the conclusions obtained with statistical analysis of the experiment". Where can I read about the analysis of the replication? I have results of one study (it is about NGS & epigenomics, results were reported using standard 0-hypothesis testing framework), I also have the raw data from the replication study. My goal is to check how many of results were replicated.

How to perform the statistical analysis of one study and replication (the goal is not to perform meta analysis, but to check which results were replicated)? Could you give a link for a good manual/guideline/paper? Thank you.
