Homozygous regions unique to the affected family members

Hi,

I have used the infinium omniexpress V24 SNParray and want to do the following:

Identify regions of homozygosity that follow identity by descent. Next calculate location scores using the summation of LOD scores of accumulated homozygous regions in the genome. Finally, homozygous regions unique to the affected family members will be prioritized.

Does anyone have a nice protocol for such an analysis? I need to say, I am no expert on this analysis topic, ie very beginner level. So, any help on this should preferably be as simple as can be.
