Make BED file with genomic coordinates and COSMIC identifier

Hello there

I am trying to create a BED file with genomic coordinates tied to cosmic ID's - does anyone know how to do this?

this is the format

chr12 25378560 25378561 COSM19900 p.A146V REF=G;OBS=A;ANCHOR=T

I think you can easily do it by writing python script. You can download COSMIC database in text format and concatenate it with your list of coordinates.
