Running R for an individual; checking admixture

First, I would like to thank everyone for the help in getting me this far. Admixture has now run successfully and produced the files genome.Q.4 and genome.F.P

I'm wanting to run R for an individual (me), but it seems really opaque how I'd do that. I'm wanting to look at things like gene clusters based on the data produced by Admixture.

I've looked online, the closest was a Discovery blog post back in 2011, but the "master list" needed for R to run is no longer on the website linked, so I'd like to know where to start.

EDIT: On second thought, gene cluster wouldn't make much sense, so definitely just an admixture geographical origin result may be helpful.
