I was wondering whether there was a pipeline available for the identification of piRNAs from small RNA-seq data. I am thinking that you would need to produce a distribution of small RNAs, and specifically pick those between 25 and 35 nt. Following this would you then map to the genome taking into account transposon annotations?

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.
