Hi All,

The FANTOM long non-coding RNA altas is published in NATURE this week.

The resource contains a comprehensive 5' complete meta-assembly, linked with 2000 expression profiles.

The meta-assembly, named FANTOM CAT, is suitable for the analysis of your own RNASeq, as GENCODE alternative.
